JST OPERA の研究成果について、日本原子力研究開発機構、株式会社ソシオネクスト、HIREC株式会社、京都工芸繊維大学、九州大学と共同プレスリリースを行いました (2023/6/5)。
本手法によって、限られた特殊な中性子源を用いることなく国内外に多数ある一般の中性子源を用いたソフトエラー率評価が可能となり、高まるソフトエラー率評価の需要に応じることができます。
